NEOPLATINUM D.H.I FUTURE OF HAIR TRANSPLANT

100% success rate is the goal of every hair transplant surgeon. For clients choosing a hair transplant, the same is true.

It’s time to move past the future now. We are able to deliver up to 100% results using our most recent neo Platinum dht technique thanks to our committed research team and cutting-edge instrumentation. In order to deliver the best results possible with a certain number of Grafts, we have continuously worked to improve our methods. There are three main steps in a hair transplant. Grafts are first removed, then handled and stored outside the body, and finally they are replanted beneath the skin of the recipient area, which is bald.

Fue done with traditional instruments result 80-82 percent

In each of these steps there are chances of grafts damage. There is a chance that the graftEach of these steps has the potential to damage the grafts,   While performing extraction, consider the quality of the extraction equipment, its weight, RPM, traction, the sharpness of the punch, the type of punch being used, the material of the punch, and, most importantly, the person performing the extraction. All of the above factors are crucial in determining the actual outcome of the extraction process. According to my research, FUE with traditional instruments and dental motors can cause up to 20% graft damage. This graft damage can increase by up to 40% in some cases. This graft damage will undoubtedly manifest as poor results. So there was a need to look further and conduct some instrumentation research. I began my research in 2015, when I was quite afraid of changing our traditional methods of doing a few things. Because there was no development facility in India at the time, we had to form alliances with US and Taiwanese companies to improve the instrumentation. After many failed attempts, I was able to determine the exact torque and RPM of the machine, as well as the ideal weight required to perform the best hair transplant in the world. We created ultralightweight micromotors. This micromotor can weigh up to 20 grammes. The traditional FUE motor, which is a traditional dental motor  used to weight approximately 250 grammes . My initial success with these small motors was very encouraging. I was able to reduce graft damage up to 12% from 18 %. Although I was happy with the advancements I had made with this achievement, I was still looking into what I could do to achieve 100% results. In fact, it was my dream to achieve 100% results for my clients. The next target was holding material, which was used to keep the grafts outside the body. After all of the hits and trials, and a lot of money spent on these studies, I believe I have found the best graft holding solution to integrate into my practise. The final but not least point was to determine the best instrument for skin slitting. This was the culmination of my research and development for my most recent technique, the neoplatinum dht hair transplant technique. I discovered that the sapphire blade was the best for skin slitting in hair transplant. My quest to find an ideal solution for 100% results ended with this. With changes and modifications to my extraction equipment, I was able to reduce wastages by up to 12% from 18%. The rest of the improvement came from modifying the holding solution and the slitting instrument.

Neoplatinum hair transplant: extraction equipment and holding material introduced

Clients wonder why, if you did your research and development in 2016 and 2017, it took so long to publicise it openly. The answer is that whenever we change any traditional technique we have, we must proceed slowly. So, when we first started using our new equipment on our clients, we only did four to 5% of the total transplant so that if there is some negative impact, it does not ruin the entire result. Only one out of every twenty clients used to give us permission to transplant this small percentage of area using our new technique. With such a small number of clients for research, it took us three to four years to achieve this level of assurance. This is why it took us approximately 7 years to complete our research and develop this brand new fail safe hair transplant protocol. will get damaged in each of these steps. When performing extraction, consider the calibre of the extraction tool, its weight, RPM, traction, punch sharpness, punch type, punch material, and—most importantly—the person performing the extraction. The actual result of the extraction process will be determined by all the aforementioned factors, which are crucial. According to my research, using dental motors and traditional FUE instruments can result in up to 20% graft damage. This graft damage may rise by up to 40% in some circumstances. This graft damage will undoubtedly manifest itself in the form of subpar results. Therefore, it was necessary to look further and conduct some instrumentation research. I began my research in 2015, when I was still very apprehensive about changing our established ways of doing things. Since India did not have a development facility at the time, we had to establish partnerships with US and Taiwanese companies to improve the instrumentation. After numerous failed attempts, I was able to determine the precise torque, RPM, and ideal weight needed to perform the best hair transplant in the history of hair transplantation. We developed extremely lightweight micromotors. This tiny motor is up to 20 grammes in weight. The conventional FUE motor, which is actually a conventional dental motor We used to wear clothing that weighed about 250 grammes. With these little motors, I had a lot of initial success. I was able to use graft that was up to 7–8% damaged. Even though I was happy with the progress I made with this success, I was still considering what I could have done better to get 100% of the results. In fact, achieving 100% results for my clients was also my goal. The holding material used to keep the grafts outside the body was the next target. After many failures, tribulations, and financial investments, I believe I have discovered the most effective graft holding technique to implement in my practise. Finding the best tool for skin slicing was the last but not least point. This was the last step in the development of my most recent technique, the neoplatinum dht hair transplant technique. I discovered that sapphire blades were ideal for performing skin slitting during hair transplants. With this, my search for the best answer that would yield 100% of the results was over. With adjustments to my extraction equipment, I was able to lower waste from 18% to 12%. The remaining improvement came from modifying the holding solution and the slitting tool. Clients do question why it took so long to publicly announce your research and development if you completed it in 2016 and 2017. The answer is that we must move very slowly whenever we change any additional techniques we have. Therefore, when we first started using our new equipment on our clients, we only performed four to five percent of the total transplant so that if there was a problem, it wouldn’t ruin the outcome altogether. In the past, only one out of every 20 clients would agree to let us use our new technique to transplant this small portion of the area. It took us three to four years to reach this level of confidence with such a small client base for research. This is why it took us about 7 years to finish our research and develop this innovative, fail-safe hair transplant protocol.damage. While doing extraction the quality of extraction equipment, it’s weight RPM its traction the sharpness of punch the type of punch being used the material of the punch and most important the person who is doing the extraction. All the above factors are very important for deciding the actual outcome of the extraction process.

in my research I have seen that FUE with traditional instruments using dental motors can lead to graft damage up to up to 20%. in certain cases this graft damage may increase up to 40%. This graft damage will definitely turn up in form of bad botched up results. so there was a need to look further and do some research in instrumentation. I started my research way back in 2015, during that time quite fearful of changing our traditional methods of doing a few. As there was no development facility at that time at that time in India we had to create some tie ups write with US and taiwanese company for improvement in the instrumentation. After many failed attempts I was able to figure out the exact torque and RPM of the machine along with the ideal weight required to do the best hair transplant in the world. We designed micro Motors which were ultralight in weight . this micromotor weighs up to 20 grams. The traditional FUE motor which is in fact dental motor of traditional type We used to wear proximately 250 grams in weight. My initial success with these small motors was was very enthusiastic. I was able to use graft damaged by up to 7 to 8%. Although I was satisfied with the improvement I got with this achievement, but I was still looking into the best I can do to achieve 100% results. in fact it was my dream too 100% results for my clients. Next target was holding material where we used to keep the grafts outside the body. After all hits and trials and lot of money spent in this in these researches I figure I figured out the most ideal graft holding solution to integrate into my practice . last but final point was to find out the best the best instrument for skin slitting. this was the final point in my research and development for my latest technique i.e neoplatinum dht hair transplant technique. i figured out sapphire blade was the best to do skin slitting in hair transplant. with this my quest to find an ideal solution for 100% results was done. with changes and modification in my extraction equipment I was able to reduce wastage up to 12 % per cent from 18% rest of the improvement I got by modifying the holding solution and the slitting instrument.
clients they do wonder that if you did your research and development way back in 2016 and 17 then why did it take so long to publicize it openly. Well, the answer is that whenever we change any aditional technique we have we have to go  really slow. so once we started using our new equipment on our clients, we did only four to 5% of the entire transplant initially so that if there is some negative impact, it should it should not not spoil the entire result.. Now only one out of 20 clients used to use to give us consent for transplanting this this small percentage of area with our new technique. With such limited number of clients for research it took us three to four years to achieve this level of confidence. This is the reason why it took approximately 7 years to complete our research and come up with this brand new fail safe hair transplant protocol.

Our final outcome Neodht. 100 % results.
